GroupWise 7.0.1 PDA Connect*

The GroupWise 7.0.1 PDA Connect software for Windows is designed to allow users with PalmOS or Pocket PC devices to synchronize information with the WVU GroupWise system through local synchronization is performed.

System Requirements

  1. Windows XP or Windows 2000 desktop operating systems
  2. PDA devices with one of the following Operating systems:
    • Palm OS 4.x/5.x Devices
    • Pocket PC 2000/2002/2003 Devices

Instructions

  1. Download and Run the following file: SetupGWPDA701.exe
  2. Click OK to run the GroupWise PDA Connect Installation program.
  3. When the Welcome page is displayed, click Next.
  4. Click Yes to agree to the software license agreement.
  5. Select your PDA device (Palm OS or Pocket PC), then click Next.
  6. If you selected more than one device, select which one should be the default device, then click Next.
  7. Select either Single PC or Multiple PCs, then click Next.
  8. Click Next to begin the installation.
  9. If you are using a Palm OS* device, you must synchronize first using GroupWise PDA Connect before using the Sync button on the synchronizing device.
  10. Additional information on using this software can be found by selecting the "GroupWise PDA Connect Help" in the "Novell GroupWise PDA Connect" Program group after installing the application.
