Information Technology Bill Access Procedure

  1. To view the Information Technology Bill, go to http://oitbill.wvu.edu/
  2. When the login box appears, enter your current MasterID and password to view the bill.
  3. Once the Telecom Page appears, choose view reports under "Menu" on the left of the page.
  4. Click on the desired bill, indicated by date.
  5. The bill will open in Crystal Reports.
  6. To export the report, scroll down to the bottom left of the page, click "Export Report," choose the format (adobe pdf, excel, etc.) and view, print, or save the bill to your computer.

If you have questions about your MasterID account or need to activate your account, go to http://oit.wvu.edu/masterid/ or contact the OIT Help Desk for assistance 293-4444 ext 1.

If you need access but are unable to login, please send a request to the OIT Helpdesk at oithelp@wvu.edu including the funding you need to access.  Telecommunications does not maintain passwords but we do need to add users to the billing software in order for online access to be activated.
