The following technology resources are availbale to you as a faculty or staff member at WVU. If you have any questions, please contact the Help Desk at 304-293-4444 or email oithelp@mail.wvu.edu.

Logins, IDs, Accounts
At WVU, you have a variety of user names and passwords to access a variety of services on campus.

OIT maintains a training lab at Evansdale Library Computing Center and two training labs at White Hall Computing Center. Classrooms can be reserved on a first-come basis for special sessions for WVU classes, but are not to be used as a regular classroom for an entire term. |

ETD Support |
Theses and dissertations must be submitted to the WVU Libraries as an electronic document (usually as Adobe Acrobat PDF). OIT Technical Support Services provides workshops, tutorials, walk-in clinics, and support via phone or email. |

A searchable collection of research articles on information technology topics including analysis provided by the vendor. Use your Master ID to register for and use this service. |

Faculty can request and own one or more mailing lists of subscribed email addresses for academic purposes. LISTSERV software makes it easy to manage large mailing lists. |
