Employee of the Quarter Nominations

Please take a moment to nominate a co-worker for Employee of the Quarter.

Nomination letters will be retained for only two quarters.  For example, if you nominate someone for the first-quarter Employee of the Quarter, your letter will be considered during the first and second quarters only.  A new letter would need to be submitted for consideration in the third or subsequent quarters.

Please be aware that the nominating committee will consider all nominations based equally upon the following four criteria:

  1. Customer Service: Actively builds partnerships with colleagues, faculty, staff, students, or vendors, and makes a concerted effort to assist them.
  2. Contribution: Makes a significant positive difference for the University and/or "thinks outside the box," coming up with innovative and beneficial solutions for both OIT and the University as a whole.
  3. Professionalism: Shows exceptional reliability, attitude, consistency, and commitment.
  4. Team Player: Exhibits strong mentoring skills and interacts well with others, internally and externally of OIT

Whom would you like to nominate for Employee of the Quarter and why do you feel that this person deserves to receive the award? A letter that addresses all four criteria and provides specific examples is essential in the evaluation process. Your name is optional.
