Planned Systems Outage July 12-13
(July 2, 2008) Several systems will be unavailable from 10:00 p.m., Saturday, July 12 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 13 to accommodate a power switch replacement at WVNET. The following production systems will be unavailable during this time: eCampus, R25, ROADS, eSEI, MAP, IDEAS and the main WVU Web sites.
WVNET will replace an automatic transfer switch (ATS) on Sunday, July 13. This outage is necessary to remove the failing ATS and replace it with a new and updated switch to improve reliability.
