Computer Labs & Printing
WVU offers state-of-the-art public computer labs in convenient locations for its students, to utilize year-round (see the lab calendar). Faculty and staff can also reserve our computer training labs for computer training sessions or workshops (see the training lab calendar).
Software titles such as Photoshop CS3 v. 10.0.1, Adobe Illustrator CS3 v. 13.0.2, AutoCad 2008, Microsoft Office 2003 and 2007, and Dreamweaver CS 3 v. 9 allows students to complete their work with ease. These programs, and many others, enable students to access the software they need from public computing labs, rather than the individual department labs or classrooms.
The Evansdale Library, Bennett Tower, and White Hall computer labs are equipped with color printers and scanners for students’ convenience. The Evansdale Library Computer Lab also offers an HP DesignJet 4500 scanner (see Big Scans!) and HP DesignJet 4500ps printer (see Big Prints!) for large format documents.
