Managing expert business office functions for OIT.
The Information Technology Business Office is committed to provide leadership, comprehensive service and expertise in the business, fiscal and human resources operations within the Office of Information Technology at West Virginia University in support of the IT business strategy.
ITBO provides business and financial support to all OIT units and is responsible for OIT Human Resources; OIT Business Systems Management (Telecommunications Work Orders & OIT Billing), which provides the acquisition of technology services and manages databases; and the Technology Support Center, which includes computer repair and software licensing.
ITBO supports the vision of West Virginia University and the Office of Information Technology through quality service to students and staff, ensuring that changing needs are met with efficiency, accuracy and excellence.
