The Service Desk is a support team within OIT Client Support Services. We serve WVU students, faculty, and staff at all WVU campuses. Staff members are available to answer calls during normal WVU office hours and during extended hours evenings and weekends. Read more about our services >

Meet our outbound service desk staff
We respond to calls left overnight for us on voice mail or by electronic means at the beginning of each business day. Please note that your call to the OIT Service Desk may be recorded.
Health Sciences Center (HSC): Faculty and staff at the Health Sciences Center also have access to services provided by HSC Information Technology Services unit.
