If you are having trouble using the online form, make sure your new password meets the MasterID Password Requirements:

  • Passwords may not contain all or part of the user’s account name
  • Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters in length
  • Passwords must contain characters from three (3) of the following four categories:
    • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
    • English lowercase characters (a through z)
    • Numbers (0 through 9)
    • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

Complexity requirements are enforced when passwords are changed or created.

If you STILL have trouble, contact the Help Desk directly (calling is probably best) and they will help you.

HOWEVER, if you are a new student, please be aware that new students do not get MasterID accounts created until they have registered for classes and paid tuition.
