Test Scanning
Instructors and other campus professionals can utilize the mark-sense scanning service provided
by WVU Office of Information Technology Support Services / Academic Information Services for
processing survey, quiz and test results.
Announcing: ELECTRONIC retrieval of your test results is NOW AVAILABLE! Once your tests or quizzes have been scored simply log into our new secured retrieval site at https://etest.labs.wvu.edu . Results will be available to the Instructor via Master ID authentication and formatted in .pdf for printing and .csv if you like to use Microsoft Office Excel to tabulate your own scores. - Check the status of your scan job with your Job Number from the claim check.

- You must use answer form NCS Pearson form 30423 for tests and quizzes. After consultation with our full time staff
we can possibly use other forms if needed. NCS Pearson form 30423 can be purchased from the WVU bookstore.
- You must use an NCS Pearson 229842 header form with each test. NCS Pearson form 229842 can be purchased from the
WVU bookstore.
- The instructors Master ID username must be included. All results will be available online at https://eTest.labs.wvu.edu .
- When you return to pick up the paperscan forms a valid photo ID is required to pick up jobs.
- The scanning process normally takes 24 hours to complete. Jobs dropped off on the weekend are treated as if they arrived the following Monday and
should be completed by Tuesday at 8AM. You will be notified if any special circumstances arise
that prevent your job from being processed.
- Work dropped off during evening hours will be treated as if it arrived the following morning and will be available
24 hours after that time. In most cases jobs
dropped off at night are processed the next day; however, you should not assume your work will be processed the
next business day. Feel free to call if you have questions.
- You may pick up jobs in the evening with proper WVU identification.
- The Evansdale Drop Off is located in the ground floor of the Evansdale Library. Enter the facility using the door
at the bottom of the outside stairs and locate the service desk in the main lab area. Follow the
signs.
- The White Hall Drop Off is located in the copy room of the WVU Downtown Library, temporarily for the summer.
- Jobs are available for pick up during all operational hours at the Customer Support area in the front of the Evansdale Computer Lab.

The "Date" and "Time Dropped Off" fields are intentionally set to not allow entry via your web browser.
Please write this information in when drop off your job at our facility.
You can replace the form attached to our self-serve envelopes with this printed version.
